This is not on New Bern Avenue. It is exactly at the intersection where Morson St. meets S East St. I'm guessing that is not NC DOT maintained. Would you please double check. I can take a photo if necessary.

This area was inspected this morning April 2 by Christopher Humphrey with the City Of Raleigh @ 919-868-9014. This area was purposely repaired this way for drainage, so the water can flow. Without this area being like that the southbound corner would hold a lot of water. And that was the issue several years ago. Sorry for the inconvenience at this time.
