Description

Tree wells on Cedar Street (attached photo) and Norris Street (photo in the follow-up comment) side of this house are overgrown with plants. Please have the owner clean up the tree wells and inspect tree wells along Cedar Street to Dudley Street.

Who does "the owner" refer to? The tree and sidewalk are public property.

But it is the responsibility of the homeowner to maintain tree wells in good condition.

I can't cite the specific ordinance but my assertion about property owner's responsibility is based on previous SeeClickFix issue on similar tree well issue along Cameron Ave several years ago
