Description
At about 12:30 AM Friday, a truck of some type (not seen) turned west from Azuar onto Rickover. A large box containing trash fell off the truck on the the street. A quantity of trash in the box spilled out onto the street--Rickover at the intersection with Azuar. The truck continued on down Rickover. A few minutes later the truck returned, someone got out, picked up the large box and tossed it into the truck, and then drove across Azuar east on Rickover where it turned left (north) onto Walnut.
But the trash (paper and other scraps) remained on the street.

As of this morning, the papers have likely blown away in the breeze and due to traffic, but hundreds of bits of glass remain on the street--appears there was broken glass in the box that fell off the truck early this morning.
Also, 30 minutes ago saw a small cardboard box and some trash further north on Azuar, in or near the gutter.
