Description

On the westbound Hwy 37 offramp leading to the curving Mare Island overpass that leads to Walnut Avenue, there has developed an abrupt and possibly dangerous ledge at the transition from the asphalt offramp roadway to the concrete overpass roadway--this may have worsened with the recent earthquake.
This produces a jarring and perhaps dangerous road condition across the entire width of the roadway that should be addressed fairly quickly by the appropriate jurisdiction.
