**CITY: PLEASE RESPOND WITH THE DATES AND TIMES YOU HAVE CONDUCTED ROUTINE PARKING ENFORCEMENT ON NORRIS STREET IN THE PAST TWO WEEKS, AND YOUR PLAN FOR THE NEXT TWO WEEKS. THERE IS NO EVIDENCE THAT ANYTHING AT ALL IS BEING DONE.**

Neighbors continue to observe many vehicles that frequently park on Norris Street (and nearby):

-- Without a resident permit
-- For extended periods (in at least one case, since Dec. 2021 or before) with a visitor permit
-- With no permit whatsoever (either resident or visitor)

Such vehicles include:
· Toyota Land Cruiser, Colorado plate BAO X57
· Honda Accord, New York plate ANGE 3
· GMC Sierra, Michigan plate DSN 8790
· Toyota pickup, Virginia plate UHF-9008

Over months, TP&T has been notified multiple times. CPD has been notified multiple times. This has been posted on SeeClickFix multiple times. The only response so far is from someone on SCF who has told the neighbors to become vigilantes, calling in every potential violation, every single day one is observed. That is NOT a solution. ROUTINE ENFORCEMENT is the city's job and the city should do its job. The legally parking neighbors request that city officials provide the dates and times that routine enforcement has been conducted recently, and also that officials explain their plan for routine enforcement in the weeks to come. The current situation is intolerable to the longtime, legally parking neighbors, who do not want to have to pursue a formal complaint/lawsuit.
