Description

The traffic light at Haynes Bridge and Blackwatch Lane (Summerfield Subdivison and Haynes Bridge Middle School) timing isn't right. It is holding too long on red for the school and the subdivision in the morning (7am) then it is only allowing 2 cars to go through.
