Description
I reported this in August (report ID 1249480) and it was not resolved. I got verification from the COV building department that temporary signs fall under 16.64.040 or the building code:

A banner is not to exceed (20) square feet and is permitted for not more than thirty (30) days twice a year.
I printed this out and gave it to the administrative office on 10/7/14 pointing out that the signs hanging from the fence had already been there for over a month. Now another month has gone by. These are unsightly and need to be removed.
Now that these TWO temporary signs have exceeded 30 days, they should be removed. They can put up only one more sign for 30 days only within the next year.

Looking even more trashy today with the banner on Nebraska halfway folded over.
Will upload a pict later. When will this be addressed?
