Im sure he is selling fentanyl because they’re homeless people sleeping around that RV. Let’s not ruin a good thing for this upstanding citizen of our fine city!

Impound the vehicle and crush it.

If street homeless hang around certain place, someone is definitely selling them fentanyl drug. Look for small aluminum foil on the ground and short straws. That's what they use for smoking fentanyl pills called blues or m30.
