Description
The Left Turn Traffic Light from Ella Grasso to RT1, Still doesn't repeatedly Turn Green on the proper rotation. It has been doing this for months causing a back up of traffic up the Boulevard and then creates a dangerous situation as cars will then try to cut across the road as the turn signal isn't working.
