Description
I realize you will remove this a 3rd time and that is fine - I'm only submitting it because I have no way of contacting you directly through this app other than to post this request. I would like point out that the parcel you referenced, parcel 148-180-058 is indeed within the border of the City of Walnut Creek unless the boundary has changed since the last edition of the map located at: https://www.walnut-creek.org/home/showpublisheddocument/3176/637263458077170000 was published.
I thought this app was used to report debris and litter and I would think that tents, garbage and shopping carts filled with garbage fall under that category which is why I used this app. It doesn't sound as though anyone within the City of Walnut Creek is concerned about this area of their City or what the people who live here are dealing with.

Thank you for your inquiry. Again, this isn't an issue that's handled through this app (Transient Camp). There are no complaint titles for this subject as its not handled through the app. Please contact the Walnut Creek Police Department if you wish to have an update on this issue as to when they may have posted the camp, how much time is provided to its residents, what resources are available to the camp residents, and how the Police may remove any items present. There are no police staff present on this app so they cannot update you through it.
From City and County GIS, the border between jurisdictions appears to be between the two properties (Habitat and County). The camp appears to be west of the Habitat property and on the County property.
