Plow driver pushed snow into my driveway blocking us in. Tried to break it and remove it but am unable to do so. It's a block of ice. We asked him to open driveway and he said, "no". I have to elderly people ages 65 & 72 on the first floor with serious heart conditions. This needs to be cleared up in case of an emergency. It's unfair that we spend countless hours helping the city by clearing out our stairs, walkways and sidewalks for the mail courier and other people and we make sure we don't throw any snow in the streets, as a courtesy to the city and these plow drivers keep blocking the driveway. In serious need if help. Thank you!
