Description
No street sweeping on every Friday for at least 2 weeks. Too many cars left in front of 990 34th St Oakland and down the street, CA 94608. I have been calling ticket enforcement and no ticket been issued on any of the cars parked here on Friday.

"Do they street clean at all?"
If it's hard to tell, maybe the way they're doing the cleaning isn't working. I've often seen street sweepers leaving a trail of trash in their wake.
Having people out there with brooms and dustpans doing spot cleaning as needed might make more sense.
