So, the light was fixed on 2/5/24, however it is now once again broken. This is the second time it has been repaired and almost immediately broken afterwards. The light is maintained by city-hired contractors. These contractors must be informed the light continues to break and the whole thing needs to be replaced. Whatever repair they are performing is not enough for this particular signal. This has now caused several (about 7-8) car accidents, some of which have been quite bad, and all of which have caused damage to the vehicles involved. It is also causing constant honking on the intersection every time an accident almost happens. (Flashing red means stop, but not everyone knows or obeys this - even when they do, the intersection has poor visibility. One accident that occurred happened when everyone did as they were supposed to but simply couldn't see one another - because the other side has flashing yellow, that side does not stop at all.)
