Description
Homeless encampment on the northeast corner of Carlisle bridge, these people just returned after ACS gives them a talking to asking if they would like help and of course they don't and ACS drives away. takes less than 60 seconds Takes longer to fill out the paperwork, where is APD these people are TRESPASSING and destroying property, arrest them!!.
