The issue is the broken cement & loose handrail at the top of the Butte Street Stairs. On the 4th of July a large crowd of people gather here to watch the fireworks, many are children. I would like to have someone come out & put some kind of warning, caution tape, etc. so that people will not be leaning on the railing or children doing what kids do, playing on the handrail. I know it's on the City's to do list but I don't have a good feeling about that railing when it comes to lots of people gathering there. People also tend to wiggle something when it's loose, just because it wiggles. Would hate to have someone injured and their holiday ruined. Thanks
