It is on the east side of Blake Street about 40 fee from Davie St. Maybe it is owned by City Market?

I was just told by City Market property management (Hunter & Associates) that this trash receptacle belongs to the City of Raleigh.

The trash can was emptied. Please replace with a more aesthetically pleasing one, or remove the can altogether. It has graffiti and stickers on it. It's location is also questionable since it is next to an empty lot.
