Description

.several consecutive neighbors use a landscape company that a end on the neighborhood- usually Sat during the day. They employ 2 guys with high speed leaf blowers that are extremely loud. I suspect the blowers are altered so that they always run at high speed. Loud as heck for 2-hrs.

Any remedy for that?
