I'm closing this issue because it's not a violation of anything to have a yard that's "a tad overgrown," and we stand to clutter up SCF (SeeClickFix) with non issues like these. If you have questions about how overgrown a yard must be in order to violate local regulations, please contact LCI at (203) 946-7090.
