Description

I live about 1/2 mile from the area of South Main St., which is in the historic district. Every night for months, when I am out on my deck, I hear what sounds like vehicles drag-racing on South Main St. in this area. It goes on for hours, most notably from 6 - 10 pm. How does the city allow this to happen? It's noisy, and would be difficult to believe that there is not speeding involved.
