Traffic flow/coordination issue there must be traffic light delay on 401 at Perry Creek causing back ups at the Mitchell Mail/Ligon Mill at 4:01 intersection. Mitchell Mill traffic regularly blocks the intersection on 401 after their light changes this occurs particularly in the morning during rush hour
