Windward parkway and 400 SB on ramp: Near the Cabernet restaurant there are red hedges that are too tall for cars to see over. When cars come from the west turning south on to the ramp to 400 from Winward Parkway they cannot see the oncoming traffic so they pull out into the southbound on ramp traffic.
While trucks have no problem seeing over this, cars cannot. Russell landscape maintains these plants, but state that they are not able to cut them without direction from the city of Alpharetta. These plants should be cut to about a foot and a half tall because of the curve of the hill. Please address this before any cars get T-boned or sideswiped! Thank you!
