the alleyway behind our house has a huge pothole and needs gravel fill. Please advise as I don't know if this is our personal property and the responsibility is on us, or if I should ask the city? thank you! (304) 640-1915

Thank you for reporting this. I have also reported it 3 times. The first one was in July 2015. When I called in November, I was told it was low priority and would be done in the spring. The alley is undriveable. Its ridiculous.
