So did anyone fix it? I gave the precise address. You cannot seriously think I can get you a pole number. I have yet to find a pole that has all of its number intact.

City staff verified this had been repaired, per the address given, as of a few weeks ago. If the light is malfunctioning again please reopen. Is the light still not working John?

I don't know if it is working. The first "closed" message did not say it was fixed. It simply said the issue was closed. Thanks for fixing it.

Thanks for the feedback, that message is a bit perplexing. We will look into changing the wording on that.
