Q. Description of problem
A. Italian Eatery has sewage water leaking from their building foundation into their alley, the putrid mess makes its way down into the storm drain, see photo. This occurs when they are open for business early to late evenings. We are all forced to smell sewage in our backyard. Not only is this a violation of city ordinance but I'm also guessing state law for storm water. I am also concerned that with a broken pipe situation, the earth under the alley will need to be surveyed for washed out earth.
