Description

Corcoran playground at Raymond park. The fence along the Raymond st side has a hole in the bottom which is big enough for a child to get through but not an adult.

Why is this tagged as a "pothole"?! Seems more urgent, as a child could get out into the street when a parent couldn't easily/quickly follow.
