Thank you for informing the Public of the new New Haven Street Milling Program....
Is there any reason why this is happening all night on a Sunday Nite?

The roar is constant and been going on for hours. This is POOR PLANNING and a Public Nuisance.
Do this during the day, not on double secret Sunday Nite Third Shift Overtime.
