Description

The shoulder turning from Sugar Creek Rd onto Harris Blvd West is unpaved. The road drops off, and there are large pot holes. Either pave the shoulder or create a right turn lane. If there is only one person sitting at the light to go straight, no one can turn right and traffic backs up.
