Thank you for the feedback. Has the vehicle been red tagged? Please advise, we will escalate if necessary.

Do "escalate" it if that needs to be the next step. However I don't appreciate having to be so diligent just to ensure due process. My diligence will persist with this issue as well as the many others I have and will post. I am absolutely positive that, had I ignored that it was "closed", there would be no service.

I was very patient on this issue the last time it was "dismissed" for no reason. I do realize these things can take time. However, since I last commented...... nothing seems to have been done about this vehicle. The registration tag remains expired. The car remains in shambles on the street. And there has never been a red-tag on the car. I drive by it every day.
I can understand things like zoning issues taking time, but this is not a zoning issue. In any case it appears to not have been addressed at all. It is for APD to red-tag, as far as I understand, because it is on the street. So out of a handful of inappropriate vehicles I have reported in my block, why have "some" been effectively addressed, while others (with even more clear-cut violations) not been addressed effectively.
I don't necessarily believe "nothing" at all has been done, seeing as a couple of the other vehicles I reported in my neighborhood have been "taken care of" without having been red-tagged. But this one, which is CLEARLY in violation by being a un-registered vehicle on the street (not to mention half apart and illegal to operate without lights) has not been effectively addressed???
It makes no sense. This one should be the most obviously cite-able example of these issues in our block. Whereas some of the other similar issues in more of a "gray area" with regards to violation type, have been addressed.
Please escalate this and get this car removed from the street. In which case they will put it on the property where it will then be a zoning issue and I will have complain again.
We have several homes in our neighborhood for sale and these un-savory looking vehicles which are in violation of rules and ordinances are clearly hurting the neighborhood's value. If I were looking at houses, and pulled into this neighborhood seeing the cars like this, I would turn around and leave and not waste my time here. The neighborhood was NOT ignored like this when I bought my house here ten years ago. My property taxes have gone up, but my property value has gone down. I expect some level of maintenance from the city.
I do give credit where credit is due, and have thanked SeeclickFix, 311, and city departments for the many issues that have been addressed effectively in my area. But unfortunately, one has to remain vigilant and continue to insist as I am, otherwise the effort is in vain.
Please get this one handled.
Thanks.

It has been over thirty days since this issue was last updated. As expected, NOTHING has changed. The vehicle remains inoperative, and unregistered, on landscaped area. Regardless of location, again it is UNREGISTERED and INOPERABLE and on LANDSCAPED area CLEARLY visible from the street. There (obviously) has been no update posted here as to indicate that Zoning has cited this issue (as I have received notice on other issues)
Do you need more photos? I would be happy to take a photo EVERY DAY with digital time and date stamp, and showing that the vehicle has no current registration sticker, if that's what it takes to get this trash taken care of.
Let's get a move on, people. This won't simply "go away".
Thank you!
