In West Oakland on Magnolia between 28th and 30th street. This street is like a freeway for 16 and 18 wheel diesel trucks. They come rumbling down the street at high speeds and park/ blocking for hours on this residential street causing hazardous conditions because car are having to go around them on a narrow 2 lane street. Then there is the noise and diesel fumes from the trucks sitting and running for long periods of time. The Soy company they are for is located around the block on Adeline.
