Description

The red light coming out of our subdivision at Haynes Bridge and Blackwatch is extremely long. I mentioned something about this several years ago and it was adjusted. For whatever reason, it’s back to being a horribly long red light. Can we please get it adjusted? Waiting more than 4 -6 minutes for the light to change green is excessive. Thanks so much!!!
