No change. Still a hotspot for dumping and other criminal activity.

This is a terribly neglected block with sometimes over 12 vagrants loitering, dealing, & using drugs in plain site. It is also a dumping area for trash, toilets, and debris. Whoever owns the business on this block of Haven should be held accountable to have proper signage against loitering, graffiti, & dumping.

This block also surrounds a park where there is a beautiful garden. Food grows here. How come it's so filthy?

Garbage accumulates every day. Toilets and at least 10 garbage bags are on the street. And old items like paint cans, milk crates, debris, mattress, etc.

Still a disaster. Now a campsite. No reason to close this issue.
