Not sure how more info is needed. It's a HUGE hole in the street around the location stated. And it's in 2 lanes. How does one miss that?

It's not in Garner & Garner says it's outside of their area.
It's in Raleigh but you say it's not Raleigh's problem.
So who should I send the bill to for car repair when I'm unable to dodge the huge hole & my vehicle's alignment/tires are damaged???
