Why, again, is my recycling full to over-flowing when it should have been emptied yesterday?
One next door neighbor's was emptied OK.
Another one, across the alley, has old ceiling fixtures in it, but that's not mine.

There are two ways to report a missed garbage, recycling, or yard waste collection.
By Phone: Call the Customer Support Center
919-996-3245 7:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Online: Fill out our Missed Collection Online Form (24 hours)
Simply fill in your street address and phone number and hit “submit.” A service request will automatically be generated to dispatch collection crews. PLEASE NOTE: If you are submitting a service request online, you do NOT need to call, as this will create a duplicate Work Order.
Service requests received after 2 p.m. will be serviced the next business day.
Carts should be left at the curb from 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. Carts that have not been collected within two business days, should be reported to Customer Care at 919-996-3245.
