Report it to the enterprise news, guy with the garages and gas station next door owns he's a slumlord and rents to people that won't report him

the boarded up doors appear to be the third access point . The front doors and rear doors seem fine. Why is a third needed ????

I’m fairly certain that exit doors open “in” and those 2x4’s aren’t going to stop someone falling from the 2nd floor. And that’s just one of MANY issues when you drive by the property.

How does he get home owner's insurance for this dump? In my opinion, all multifamilies should be insured and require periodic inspections from the insurance company. Why waste tax payers $$$ on city inspections- put it on the owner. My single family gets inspected every few years- why shouldn't these dumps?!

Just Keep Trying -- I've had similiar questions about one of my complaints on this site, a "single family home" turned rooming house. They even have people living in the garage and most likely in the cellar too. They've built additions to the garage by themselves in their small back yard. I voiced a lot of similiar concerns yet it's been 5 weeks since I posted and the Building Department Is nowhere to be found. The issue here, and with neighbors asking for help since 2017, doesn't give me much hope. But we still have to push on for justice in our communities.
