These lights, and the next 2 sets going towards Highway 635 have been blinking red since Sunday. I'm sure the severe weather we had on 6/9/19 is the cause. This is a very heavily traveled intersection and is causing delays all throughout the morning / afternoon and evening. Please look into this. Thank you.
