  I would also request that the path under Hwy 9 be considered for elevation. It not only floods but is a muddy mess afterwards. Pedestrians are forced to either try to climb the rocks up higher or return to Riverside Road where there isn't a sidewalk then cross the Victory Creek bridge and then cross Hwy 9. Its just a matter of time before someone it injured or hit by a car or a cyclist.
