Doug is right. Ticket them like other cities do.
Metro Police - 862-8600 or Belle Meade Police, depending on whose jurisdiction - maybe both- need to hear about this from as many individuals as possible, as often as possible until the issue is resolved. Belle Meade Police routinely have an officer stationed at the Belle Meade Blvd intersection to make sure Harding traffic doesn't block the intersection.
