Thanks for reporting. I have referred this to the City’s Housing and Environmental Inspections Division. When the inspectors have had a chance to investigate I will post an update.

An inspector has a pending housing case, which is scheduled to go before City Council on 9-17-13 to
request an ordinance to repair or demolish the dwelling within 90 days from the 9-17-13 date.
