Description
Occupant is parking two commercial trucks in his yard which backs up to my backyard. I believe that this is a residential neighborhood and that it is against the city ordinance to park a commercial vehicle in a residential neighborhood. One of the trucks is parked so closely to my fence that I fear he will hit it and knock it over possibly injuring my little dogs who enjoy playing in my backyard. Furthermore, the owner of said trucks often works on these trucks in his backyard running the Diesel engine on quiet Sunday mornings. I am planning to sell my home in the spring time and it was pointed out that these commercial vehicles parked almost in my backyard could negatively affect the sale of my home. Please look into this matter for me. Thank you in advance for your assistance in this matter.

Sharon,
Please provide me with the specific city ordinance that you are referring to and I will be happy to look into it for you. Not all city ordinances are enforced by the police department.
