Description

This intersection is poor design for any bike path, but absolutely unacceptable on the main bikeway from the north to the CBD. The sightlines are bad, the awful railings force turning cyclists to ride on the wrong side of the path. Even if this remains for a while, the designers should try it on a bicycle themselves, so they don't make the same mistake again. At least they've put some sort of non-slip paint on the timber boardwalk.
