Per Public Works: Thank you for the concern at this location in front of Ligon Middle School. The current no left turn during school hours sign is on private property for traffic coming out of the private entrance/exit of the school. The City cannot enforce movement restrictions on private property and would not be able to place a sign restricting movements out of the school property. Staff is currently working with school officials on the traffic control pattern at the school and will look into this issue.
