Description

The concrete sidewalk in front of #7 (on either side of the asphalt patch) is severely cracked and in need of repair. There is no sidewalk on the opposite side of the street, so this is a hazard for the only pedestrian passage on this portion of the road.

Given that the concrete is cracked on both sides of the asphalt patch (marked Eversource 18), it stands to reason that perhaps the concrete was damaged when Eversource excavated the portion of sidewalk that they subsequently patched.
