Light needs timed better with light at EllaTGrasso
When light from Davenport at Columbus changes green, we cant proceed usually because light on Columbus at EllaTGrasso is still red. It only takes 6 cars to back up to Davenport. Then light at Davenport turns red when light on Columbus turns green. Traffic stands still unless people turn on red.
