*Second Request* Stroller still illegally dumped next to an abandoned vehicle. Vehicle is a blue Chrysler Pacifica van parked under a large tree. Stroller is located on the passenger side on the curb. Location is on the corner of Napa and Capitol on the Napa Street side. Vehicle has also been reported as abandoned to the police.
