Description

Traffic signal timing on McDowell & Dawson Sts has changed. It is now causing constant red lights. No more green wave; traffic stopping all the time for no reason & causing slowdowns.

A. Vehicular
Q. Please describe the nature of the issue. (i.e timing, signal head twisted, etc)
A. The traffic signals on McDowell and Dawson Sts no longer have the "green wave." One is constantly being stopped by red lights every other light. The thru traffic should have priority.
