I have noticed the activity in and out of the house at 2813 Haven RD. On April 18,2011 I noticed extra cars that morning and then later that afternoon a parent came and picked up her child. Then I noticed on April 20,2011 a staff member leaving the house at 3:30PM. On April 26,2011 I noticed the staff loading up a truck with daycare chairs and other daycare supplies. I was also told by a staff member from Wake Co. that they had moved the daycare center on Haven Rd b/c a tree fell in her daycare off of Skycrest Rd. and one of her friends was dropping there child off at 2813 Haven Rd.

Ms. Brown has an administrative approval for a home care operation serving up to 5 children. She went to the board to ask for additional enrollees but was denied. Our inspector is verifying the number of children being cared for at this address. If she is in excess of her approved number she will be asked to make other arrangements for them.
