Noise violation occurs every night starting at 9:00pm until 2:00-3:00 AM. There are multiple large trucks and 18wheelers going in and out and causing loud banging sounds from loading and unloading. Also trucking causing loud steaming sounds. This can be clearly heard from adjacent residential area, Harlow at Empire
