I've been observing the number of cars and the duration of this light for over a month now.(I pass thru the intersection M-F). I am counting at least 50 cars waiting for the light to change traveling on Rucker compared to maybe 10-12 traveling and/or waiting on Wills Rd. Today the traffic was even worse. Worse than ever. Rucker east bound was backed up to (at a standstill) from Mid Broadwell and very heavy all the way to Houze Rd. The light was red twice while in view of the light...while NO cars traversed north/south after the first 7 seconds. I was there long enough to count 52 cars waiting to go East and west. There were many more behind me but I did not count them. This is a long standing problem, getting worse daily...but today was extreme. I was 30 minutes late for my dr. appt. (not the issue, but just to give you an idea how badly that light is timed.
