Tree down across Walnut Creek Greenway. Location is a couple hundred feet west of Sunnybrook, between Sunnybrook and the low, straight boardwalk.

Detritus from car crash is littering the bike lane. Included are many sharp, i.e., tire-puncturing plastic bits, probably light lenses, and broken glass. And the longer we wait for the debris to be cleaned up, the further down the bike lane it gets strewn.
Location is east-bound bike lane on Poole Road on north side of Poe Elementary School.

A patch in the pavement (probably over a utility connection or repair) is blocking stormwater flow in the gutter. Photo shown was shot Friday morning, April 12, 2019, before the Friday rains began to fall. Standing water in bike lane is from rain of a few days ago.

(Not "Sidewalk" Repair, but don't know a better category). The tree planter on the east side of N. Columbia at the bus stop appears to have been hit. It is damaged with several bricks knocked out of place and mortar joints broken.

Temporary construction sign placed in middle of and fully blocking travel lane. And, there were no construction crews working.

The intersection of East Hargett and South Swain has been recently modified with an all-way stop. However, there are no warning signs. All four legs should have advance warning signs, both temporary and permanent. I watched a westbound driver pass right through the intersection without even slowing down this morning.

Ped signal is cycling without anyone requesting. Again this morning, about 05:45 when vehicular traffic is very light and ped traffic almost non-existent, I saw the ped light cycle three times as I pedaled my way on my bike commute.

I reported this same condition a couple of days ago and received a phone call later in the day that the ped request button had been repaired.

Well, something is still not quite right with the signal.

The catch basin on the north curb of Poole Road, just east of Donald Ross Dr. is blocked. Water was pooled (on Poole Road...) close about 1/3 of the lane width during the Monday afternoon rain, today, 12 MAR 2018.

Broken glass and debris in the eastbound bike lane forces people on bikes to move out of the bike lane.
Request a street sweeper sweep the bike lanes on Poole Road between Raleigh Blvd and Peyton / Norwood Streets.

Great job on patching the pothole (or utility cut) on Rose Lane.

A utility cut was made in the road many months ago and it still hasn't been paved over. Compare to utility cut made in the same road last week, but located closer to Poole Road. It has been paved over in less than a weeks' time of being cut open.

Please pave over this utility cut.

A square hole was cut in the pavement of Rose Lane several weeks ago. The dimensions are about 4' x 4' . The backfill material now has potholes forming in it and the pit needs to be properly sealed with asphalt.

Broken Glass strewn along the bike lane for east bound Poole Road. Several locations of broken glass between the intersection with Raleigh Road and east of the Poe Elementary School.

Two cars are parked in front of the access around the guardrail for the Walnut Creek Greenway trail at the western end of Little John Road. The cars block people on bikes from safely navigating around the guardrail. Pedestrians can get through, but people on bikes have big obstructions in the way.

Broken Glass in the eastbound bike lane of Poole Road in three locations and also in the right turn lane from Poole to Peyton St. for a total of four locations.
