City of Vallejo Neighbor

This neighbor has someone living on their detach shed/ storage. This has been on going for many years now. There is lots of noise, trash and foot traffic in the area. According to Solano County accessory buildings law this is prohibited due no proper water connection, plumbing and electricity.

Homeless cars parked there all the time, excess noise at all hours, boat parking and lots of trash left around the area. Please do something about this.

Ascot is completely dark at night, street lights are out and have been for quite sometime now.

Squatter 4 years now is also a danger to family community please take steps to remove her through hillcrest park HOA and hime owner Darlene Bissel
Also lives in 230 building on Rodgers
This squattter is doing something so dangerous she has had a stin op watching her for over a month maybe months
This concern the rest of us regarding possible gunfire and other incidents endangering our safety unpredictably scared
Proof now shows on 4/27/24 squatters arrest validating her nefarious activities are dangerously unwelcome
Please take steps to get her out with HOA AND OWNER

Not photo shoppe, arrest was watched by many neighbors 4/27/24, owner is aware , owner has money to evict Owner is elderly and is being taken advantage of along with not being pro active in just hiring attorney to evict , thanks for lawsuit info WE ARE LOOKING INTO THIS OPTION!
Hoa does have a responsibility once known dangerous noxious characters are exposed . Hoa was notified as well as owner
This is posted for other homeowners to see a take action against squatters and slum lords or head turners . Also some people with comment on typos grammatical errors may or could be nuerological issues MS , blindnesses or other such handicaps that are lesser known than mental health disorders or uneducated accusations
This complaint is intended to get the tenant in 2 selfridge OUT and maybe a good neighbor in , like an owner who cares about the home . the owner an older lady who’s been told the tenant has kids “ not true “
Or poor her she’s down on her luck .
No kids live there at 2 self ridge just a squatter who is doing illeagal activities which bring danger to neighbors ultimately

Blue Chevy SUV with a flat tire and a blue tarp covering the back. It hasn’t moved in weeks.

someone has been running a generator day and night, it's loud and noisy and echos thru the neighborhood. Not sure if they are using it to keep their power on or other things but is very annoying

Occupant has a suspicious demeanor. He paces back and forth by the cars of the neighbor. Walks up to door steps in near by homes in a strange manner.

Empty lot at 316 Kentucky Street has very overgrown grass and weeds. It could become a fire hazard as it dries up into summer time (especially with all the neighborhood illegal fireworks during 4th of July).

I am reaching out on behalf of Mr. Thomas K. Porta, whose business, Porta Investment Management, is located on 1410 Georgia St, Vallejo, CA 94590. There is an issue of uneven and damaged sidewalk, at Southside, which needs to be filled in a pocket area at and near to the city sidewalk. last year we had a Client who had fall related injuries due to the sidewalk. A humble request if we could be contacted back regarding this issue.

Residents at this location routinely block the sidewalk with trash cans as well as with portable soccer nets. It is impossible to pass, requiring pedestrians to walk in the street.
